by the sheer splendor of the scenery of Guilin, around which a great many fairy
tales and legends have been woven. Known as China's most picturesque city, Guilin
is famous for its beautiful limestone mountains, and its beauty and serenity

Friday, Aug 3: Nanjing/Guilin
- Pick up at Nanjing University
- Transfer to Nanjing Airport. Take flight CZ 3254 to Guilin (Nanjing Guilin 13:50 15:50)
- Welcomed at Guilin Airport by an English-speaking guide
- Transfer on coach to Hotel and check in
- Dinner
Saturday, Aug 4: Guilin/Yangshuo

- Li River Cruise
The charming Li River, one of the major attractions of the Guilin-Yangshuo region, has been described as a green silk ribbon flanking with jade -hairpin- like hills. On a 5-hour cruise of this river, we will breathe in the serenity and harmony of the planet, meditate, photograph, or simply observe the splendid beauty around us.

Sunday, Aug 5: Yangshuo/Guilin/Shanghai (or another destination of your choice)

- Transfer back to Guilin from Yangshuo on coach
- Visit Reed Flute Cave, which is known as the "State Guest cave in Guilin. In China, no other place has attracted so many tourists than Reed Flute Cave. The most astonishing place inside Reed Flute Cave is called Crystal Palace, which is as wide as 90 meters in perimeter. A big palace lantern is hung high up on the ceiling, which embodies its magic power. Here scenes begin to gather intensively, changeably, and colorfully. The palace is made up of stalagmite, stele, petrified bouquet, coral, and jadestone. It is marvelous in its formation, and it makes visitors admire its natural wonder.
- Visit Guangxi Normal University. Established on October 12, 1932 as a teachers college, it has grown to be a fully accredited key comprehensive university at the provincial level.
- Transfer to Gulin Airport, take flight MU5380 to Shanghai (Guilin Shanghai 13:25 15:30)
